We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Enquiry data is received directly by CompNucleus team members via email and is not processed by any external CRM, marketing platform, or data broker.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to manage the business relationship or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of your enquiry, whichever is shorter. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data security

Enquiry data is transmitted via your email client's encrypted connection directly to our company email address. We do not operate a web server that stores form submissions. No personal data is retained on this website or any third-party web service operated on behalf of this website.

7. Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, local storage for tracking, analytics tools, advertising scripts, or any other form of tracking technology. The only JavaScript on this site handles navigation display and the contact form — no data is sent to any external service.

If we update this policy, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without notice.
