Before you reach out

Do you need access to our T24 system?

No. For a demo we use our own T24 test instance. For deployment, Agent Monitor runs on your server and connects internally — we don't need remote access to your T24 or your bank network.

What T24 versions are supported?

Agent Monitor is tested on T24 R17 and R25+. It works with any T24 version that exposes the standard Monitor Services SOAP API (TSASTATUSDETS, BATCHGETDETS, WSUPDATETSASERVICE).

How long does deployment take?

From receiving the WAR file to seeing live T24 data in the dashboard: typically 1–2 hours for a standard WebSphere installation. We guide you through every step.

Do you offer a trial?

Yes. All engagements include a 30-day free trial period so you can validate Agent Monitor against your T24 environment before committing to a licence.

Can you customise the service list?

Yes. The T24 service list is fully configurable from the Settings page — add or remove agent services any time without redeploying. Takes effect within 60 seconds.

What about ongoing support?

All licences include email support. For SLA-backed support, incident response, and proactive monitoring, ask about our Production Support retainer.
